Intended Use: To track location and ownership of residential parking permits.
Supplemental Information: This layer is for the purpose of address and allotted permits. Related tables (all starting with PW_R) show sold permits, people etc. Layer and related table were created for internal use (replacing excel and access programs) to show on map with other parkwise data and generate monthly letters and reports for management. December 2010 - Loaded into EDITSDE, updated by Parkwise employees. Fall 2010 - Feature class schema created by GIS Services, Johanna Kraus. Initial data points created using ADPARCEL. Based on excel spreadsheet used by Parkwise to track permits. FIELDS: address: main address (originally copied over from adparcel), address2: apt, unit etc, allot_a: max number of affixed permits per this address allot_vp: max number of visitor passes per this address, type: date/time/cost of permit (goes by neighborhood) - 8-5, 8-5 and events or 24/7, neighborhood: neighborhood drop down list, street_dir: street direction (originally added from adparcel), block: address range of block street_sd: side of street, street_id: interal list of streets and # id (also used on permit itself), city: used for mailing, state: used for mailing, zip: copied from zip layer, used for mailing, comments: free text for comments |
