Known Errors/Qualifications: The zoning designations within this layer represent "base" zoning for each jurisdiction, as many of them employ overlay zones that further administer property use. There are many sliver polygons present along jurisdictional boundaries that result from the combination of each jurisdiction's zoning layer. These sliver polygons have null zoning values in all of the zone code attribute fields.
